Me And My Sister Got Kicked Out And Don’t Know How To Retrieve Our Belongings

I am a 17 year old male and my sister is 16. We got kicked out because I held my mom back from attacking my sister and yes it was attacking, not discipline. I ended up calling the cops because she would not calm down and we could only describe it as an episode. She told us in the drive way to pack our stuff because we were gonna go with our dad and then she told that to the officers. We were so in shock from what happened that we didn’t grab all of our clothes/essentials because we just wanted to get out of there. Now that we’re with my dad we’ve all been getting accustomed to living together and planning how we’re gonna get to school. I texted my mom days after so she could calm down and asked her when I can grab my backpack and belongings to which she then said Sunday which is today. I asked her today what time we should go to get our stuff and she started ranting and to summarize the whole conversation, she said she would leave our backpacks outside because she doesn’t want us inside, and as for my clothes, she said no because calling the cops was “too far” but I swear if any of you guys were there you wouldn’t have hesitated to do the same. I took a hit from her because she kept trying to lunge at my sister. In addition to all this, her withholding my backpack from me made me miss several assignments for school and prevented me from completing any of my PIQS to apply to any UCS. They’re due December 1st and today I’ll have to rush them. I’ve looked into a civil standby and told my dad but he’s really hesitant and he’s not doing anything. It’s infuriating that I’m the one doing the research on what to do while he only talks about doing stuff but doesn’t actually take action. Dude couldn’t even text her to give us our stuff. Is there anything else I could do? There’s also a history of a pattern with my mom’s violent episodes. School resumes tomorrow since we were on thanksgiving break but again, we have no clothes. She has my wallet, clothes, shoes, card, school id, and other things.
