Manager Ignored Federal Law And Edited My Time Card In Order To Manufacturer My Firing, He Then Threatened Retaliation. What Can I Do?

Back in 2023 a manager at octapharma told me the company had a new policy that you needed to wear PPE before you even clocked in. I researched it and federal law says we need to be compensated for any PPE we have to put on, unless we can take it home and come in wearing it.
I told him as much and he said that was the company policy and I needed to follow it. I continued to follow federal law and unbeknownst to me he started editing my time card to make it appear that I was late every time I did not wear the PPE before I clocked in, ultimately ending in my firing.
When I asked for the sheets of my time card edits heathen told me that they would go after me for "time theft" for the time I spent in the bathroom. Then next job I went to I got medical documentation for being able to use the bathroom more frequently as it turns out stress affects my bowels. So they were really making that problem worse all on their own.
I was afraid to start a lawsuit due to that threat of retaliation and I am now out of the time allowed to file. I realize his threat was meaningless because what he did was way worse than me spending 10 minutes in the bathroom.
Is there anything I can do? Contact the company and let him know let them know what he did? File a lawsuit anyway? Please let me know, he is still a manager at this octapharma and I have to see him when I donate.
