Living With A Felon Who Is Doing Duster.

I am currently living with my mom and her boyfriend. Location: Arkansas. I know a lot of you will probably jump to say just leave, she should just make him move out, etc. However, she just doesn't want to put in the effort to leave him. He helps pay a portion of our bills and she's disabled and thinks she has to depend on him. I'm coming on here for advice because apparently if I try to do anything he'll just bail himself out of jail and/or it'll make things worse for me in the long run.

I've known this man, Damon, pretty much my whole life. He's not like a father to me or anything at all, but he's been with my mom for almost a decade. In their whole relationship, he's done nothing but cheat on her with prostitutes because he's a sex addict. But other than that, she finds no other reason to make him leave. She's tried to make him leave throughout the years (packed his bags for him, set his clothes on fire, moved his stuff to a storage unit, etc.) but he would always end up bringing it all back and she would end up getting over whatever she was mad about. Throughout the years, he's gained a record that has made him a felon. Honestly, I don't know how he's not in prison right now. He's so lucky yet so ungrateful. He has a record of fleeing from the cops, not going to his probation meeting for 6 months straight, doing drugs, driving with a suspended license, and way more that landed him with tons of fines. He misses his court hearings all of the time and somehow gets away with it.

These past six weeks I guess he's realized he's fucked and is going to end up in prison. So he's been doing duster. He knows it doesn't show up in his system in a drug test, but I have him on camera doing it. He buys at least four cans a day. All he does every single day is scream and holler, including in the middle of the night, basically going through psychosis. Says he see's and hears things. It's stressing me and my mom out so bad we are scared for our lives. He's even threatened to slit our throats. I watched him assault my mom multiple times. However, she won't do anything about it. And I can't live with him harassing us, stomping around the house screaming on purpose to keep us awake all night, driving while on duster, and making me scared for me and my animals lives. I'm even considering rehoming my ferrets and cats because of it and moving with a relative. That's how bad it is. I want to report him to his probation officer, but my mom says there is no point and they won't do anything about it. He needs to be committed somewhere, but I don't know how to go about it. Even if he gets arrested, he'll just bail himself out immediately and come home and do it all over again and make it even worse knowing we put him in jail. What can I do?
