Landlords Son Is Living In Our Driveway

Location: Pennsylvania. I rent a house with my parents from a old family friend now just a landlord. We do not have a lease or rental agreement of any kind. Recently my landlords son has moved into an RV in our driveway and has been there since February. The landlord keeps telling us he will be gone soon, but he's still there. The house has an upstairs area which my parents live in and a downstairs area which I live in. Both areas have the same address, if it matters. Recently the landlord has told me that I have to vacate the downstairs area because he wants to start renting it to his son instead of us. He wants to move his son into our house without our permission. My parents are saying we have no legal recourse and our only option is to leave because they have no lease and the landlord is still listed as a person living here, even though he has another house. I don't know what my options are or how long I'm going to be give to leave. I have animals that I'm more worried about being homeless than myself honestly. I'm scared and not sure what I'm going to do and would really like some advice if anyone has time ????????
