Just Got A Letter For Selective Service And I’m A Trans Man. Will They Change My Gender Marker If I Send Them My Birth Certificate?

Location: Pennsylvania but was born in Florida. Not sure if place of birth matters but figured I’d include it anyway.
I’m 24 and got a letter today indicating that I had not registered with selective services. My legal sex on everything except my birth certificate is Male so this makes sense. In Section B of the form, I can select that I was assigned female at birth and provide a copy of my birth certificate and name change order, but with everything happening with trans people’s passports being changed or denied, I’m a little concerned that sending this documentation will lead to my legal gender being changed back to F. I don’t know if it would even work like that, hence my coming to here and asking. Any advice or suggestions of places to look for advice would be greatly appreciated.
ETA: I’m considering registering anyway to avoid the hassle of admin and paperwork, but would still appreciate responses regarding this issue. It’s not something I considered or thought to worry about before the current presidency, so might as well try to figure it out or see who else is in this same boat.
Edit 2: I asked for legal advice, not your thoughts on if I’m a man or not or what you feel like being a man means.
