Is This Self Defense?

Okay, so im so fucking pissed off rn. So, I was heading up north to Ohio to pick up a friend last night, around midnight or so. I had to go to the bathroom, I see this closed auto garage with a downhill parking lot and a forest nearby. Im a guy, there was no open gas stations or anything nearby because I was in the middle of nowhere basically. I get out, I go and I call my friend to let him know im 30 minutes away, im taking a 10 minute break to stretch and all that. While on the call with him, about 5 minutes in, I see a bright flashlight shine on me. All of a sudden, the dude holding the flashlight starts yelling at me. "Get on the fucking ground, im a veitnam veteran and ill fucking kill you!", then he shoots a bullet in the air. Im freaking the fuck out, my friend was on the phone and heard it. While I was getting on the ground, the dude walked closer to me and turned around for a second. When he turned around, i called 911, dropped the ground and kicked my phone under my car. This dude then shot another fucking shot around a foot from hitting me into my car door. 30 seconds it took for police to track my call and get there. I was held with a gun to my fucking head being told im gonna kill you and you better pray. Cops arrive and who the fuck do they arrest?? Me???? They arrest me??? They detained me, put me in the car and my phone in the front seat where my friend called 7 different times, I just kept hearing it ring and ring. They search my car, with no consent. They find like 2 gift cards from a couple months ago and im getting charged with theft of gift cards $1k+???? They were bought at kroger months ago, I guess they fell in between my seat. 2 gift cards cant even equal $1k as they were doordash cards.

I asked about the other dude. Apparently, he was able to shoot at me to protect the private property? I asked the cop if I was trespassing and he said no, im on public property. I was compiling to his orders, begging for my life and im arrested?? Bond was literally me signing myself out because the court can already tell this is BS case..

How can I get this dude for something? I was almost fucking killed for nothing and its self defense of what? I was literally just chilling around my car when this happened.
