Is My So Under Police Surveillance Or Is He Experiencing Psychosis?

Location: TEXAS, US I'm on vacation in California & 3 days ago my boyfriend calls me (from Texas) saying he thinks the police are at the house for him. For buying drugs I guess. He says there's 3 cop cars in front of the house & they were standing in the driveway talking. I tell him if they are out of their cars talking they are not there for him. So apparently they do this for a while then leave. I can see cop cars on the ring camera leaving.

The next day he called & said the cops are back & this time they are on the side of the house trying to look into the windows. He even said he saw someone CRAWL ACROSS THE LAWN on the ring camera. Now he's positive they are there for him. He calls his cousin who is a lawyer & tells him not to open the door or say anything. After looking around the house & trying to look into the windows they leave. I don't see anything on the ring camera at all. No one crawling. Nothing.

Last night my boyfriend stayed at his parents house. Before he left he changed the batteries to a camera he has on the garage & one on the side of the house. He watches the camera while at his parent's & he says he sees 2 people DRESSED IN GRASS CAMO WALKING ON THE SIDE OF HIS HOUSE. None of this is caught on camera which only records if motion is detected. I asks if he screen recorded it. no but he said he showed his dad & his dad saw (I haven't spoken with his dad). All of this because of weed or cocain or something he isn't telling me?

I called the police & they said no reports have been made for that street for a week. I don't see anything on the cameras & I don't understand why police would be doing some straight up SWAT Special Operations shit like that without actually arresting or going into the house. They haven't pulled him over or knocked on the door. He swears they talked to the neighbors & the houses across the street & behind him. He said they were in the neighbors backyard watching the house. I think he is experiencing psychosis from coming off of drugs or maybe using them while I'm gone. I told him to get rid of everything & don't even think about using again. I didn't even know he was on that shit to begin with. He confessed after seeing cops at the house. I have one video he swears is proof the cops used a laser to point at the camera on the garage last night. I don't know what to make of it. But I don't know how to add the video to the post. It's just the driveway in night vision then there's 2 little lights & camera goes off night vision. He also said he called a local lawyer who repeated what his cousin said but he said the lawyer said the cops will be arresting him eventually???? Then my bf called a bondsman. I told my boyfriend he needs to see a doctor but are cops legit doing all this just to watch him or what is going on?
