Is It Possible To Get Information From The Fbi About A Possible Arrest For A Sex Offender I Reported? This Was In West Chester Ohio In Like 2010-2012 Or So.

I will try to keep it vague and not go into detail, but this is absolutely real and is deeply and extremely disturbing on a level no one should ever have to deal with, hence the NSFW. I only mention half of a single video name but it's enough... This shit fucked me up for a very long time.

So back in like 2010-2012 or so I was a student at ITT tech in West Chester Ohio. (7116 Office Park Dr, West Chester Township, OH 45069). I was a student there (it was a decent school, I learned a lot and enjoyed it) and a few months in on a random day I noticed someone else had a media server that was public because they were connected to the wifi, and his name was similiar to mine (same first name, last name is also Irish so it was similar). I didn't really know him but saw this media server had like 3TB of sruff and was open to the public so I clicked on it for shits and giggles, maybe he had some pirated movies or games or something I would be interested in, that was very common back then, especially in a tech school. But Jesus fucking Christ dude...

I can't even describe the horror I saw... My file browser was set to thumbnails and like 30 displayed per page. It was the most evil heinous shit imaginable... Just one of them, not even the worst one, was named "clown rapes...." And you can guess the rest. Tears are gushing from my face as I bring my laptop to the teacher who yells at me "I don't want to see that". I wanted to punch her right there, the bitch wanted me to just ignore it. I went straight to the principle or the dean or whoever and she told me there was nothing they could do. I called the cops before leaving the room, told them the names of both people who told me to ignore it on top of the fucking guy.

Days later the FBI shows up during class (he rented the laptop from rent a center, luckily) and just take his shit and they don't tell him why, or so he says. He knows why, but not how they found out. Days later he's telling this story during a smoke break to this girl (her mom was the shitty teacher) and he's acting like he doesn't know why. I tell everyone exactly why right then and there and I mentioned the name of that clown video, and I make sure that chick knows her mom told me to keep it to myself. He's silent the rest of the day. I never went back. I don't know if he did but it's already insane he didn't just go into hiding after everyone witnessed it.

Months later I'm in rehab (my life didn't go well, but it's nothing to do with this, well kind of related in a personal thing decades before but not this specifically) and I get a call from the principle trying to get me to come back, at a private rehab. I imagine they were scared as that's when they were getting shut down for fraud anyways. Got a letter saying I owed them money and I called them and let them know exactly why I stopped going and suddenly I didn't owe them anything. Kinda regret I didn't try to extort them or something I was so fucking livid beyond belief...

Is there anyway I can find this case and the results of it? I know this isn't legal advice exactly but I don't know where to ask this, it suddenly popped into my head years later and I'm beyond angry about it still. I want to know this guy went to prison because the depravity and fucking pure evil that I saw in that single page, and there were hundreds of pages of videos.... His name was Michael Mc something, but there were plenty of decent people in the class and a few had the same first and a similar last name, all I know is there was not a U in the last name and don't ask any other letters because I don't want to put my or any other innocent persons name on here.

Is it possible to find details about this case? It's haunted me for a while, and I tried to forget it, like it was beyond a fucking nightmare, even just that second before I switched to just a list of title names (which showed like 5X as many files and some of them were just horrific, and that's what I showed that failure of a teacher) I really want to be reassured this wasn't just ignored. I kind of also want to see that teacher jailed for trying to ignore it. We were all adults there btw, no minors involved other than.... Just, can I confirm based on the location and approximate date and a first name what happened? I need to know he got put away, I'll never forgive myself if he managed to avoid justice and did something else. I've never been violent, only been in one fight, self defense in jail decades later, before I got sober 11 years ago. I need to know he isn't out there still, that I didn't have the chance to stop something horrible and failed to. I've adopted a child of my own and I need to know what I did was enough, that the FBI was able to stop it before it happened.
