Hr Breach + Sexual Harassment

Card image cap

Location: Florida here, yet again…

Is anything unlawful going on here? Or is it just shitty? Not interested in devil’s advocate-type comments, but do as you will Reddit.

  • I filed a complaint against a manager (2/25)
  • Manager terminated (4/25)
  • New manager hired (7/25)
  • Internal HR rep disclosed details of my complaint and speculated if my personal life contributed to the prior complaint to the new manager (7/25)
  • New manager experienced difficulties with HR resulting in an external HR rep being brought in (8/25)
  • New manager told external HR of internal HR’s breach of confidentiality regarding my complaint
  • External HR brushed off the comments as chit chat between friends
  • I’ve been experiencing sexual harassment since 5/25 from someone who was a initially peer, then promoted to a manager-adjacent position 8/25
  • Minimum of 8 incidents
  • Some reported to MOD at later incidents.
  • Often unable to report incidents in real time due to there either being no management present (note the 3 month gap between hiring of management) OR him being the MOD during gaps
  • Also concerned with reporting to HR due to prior confidentiality breach
  • I have now fully reported the breach and harassment to upper management and the board via email with a detailed timeline and documentation
  • He’s been written up and told that “some people are cut from a different cloth”

In case anyone feels compelled to ask, yes I very clearly told him to stop. Several times. Tried to keep this brief and only highlighting relevant info. There’s more, believe it or not.

Talk to me about this, people.
