How To Get An Employment Attorney Consultation When No One Returns Phone Calls?

Location: Tennessee
Asking on behalf of an older family member who doesn't do Reddit:
Fully remote employee, employer is based in another state. They are in somewhat urgent need of a consultation with an employment attorney and have made several phone calls (six firms at this point) and sent numerous emails and no one is responding. They are at a point where if they don't get some advice it will become a problem. They don't even know if they have a case or not, but need to speak with someone to confirm.
They asked about posting here and I told them I don't feel that a subreddit is an appropriate platform to get into the weeds of what they are experiencing at my workplace (no offense to you all but it would require disclosing a lot of things publicly that I don't think would be helpful to them in the long run).
What can they do, aside from continuing to make calls and leave voicemails and send emails? At some point if things continue the way they are at their company it's going to escalate such that they will have no choice but to talk to an attorney. But if they can't even get a live person to talk to or a call back or an email response they will be stuck.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
