Greendot Bank Locked Account And Wont Return My Money.

Location: Pennsylvania Hello guys! So I put money into apple cash using two cards and it ended up being around $900. I was going to pay my rent with it since it’s easy to put money into apple cash because it doesn’t require me to go to a bank and one of my cards doesn’t have the ability to instant transfer due to it being a prepaid work card. Apple cash locked my card and I called and they told me the verification will likely be done in 24 hours. I called 24 hours later and they told me that they were putting a case in for me and it would take 48 hours. I called 48 hours later and they told me their case review team decided not to unlock my account and they didn’t give me any information beyond this. They said i could reappeal in 30 days and that it could take up to 90 days for them to decide what to do with my money. They told me they wouldn’t just send it back. I was wondering if I could pursue legal action on this?

Here are the things I’ve done so far: I submitted disputes with both cards that i used to move the money with. I don’t know if anything will come of this though. I submitted a report with consumer finance.

Any advice would be appreciated.
