Grandsons Teacher Removed By The Sheriff's Department

Location: Oklahoma Ok I'm going to be short and vague because this is just starting but advise is needed. My son in law went to pick up my GS from school yesterday and was met with the sheriff's department, he was informed that a classroom para went to admin after seeing the main teacher hit my GS with an object. School called the sheriff, the videos were watched and they found out it wasn't the only instance. This is a Special Needs teacher. In a sped classroom with kids who have a range of issues. My daughter was told the school was pursuing charges and they needed to meet with investigators. When she called to make the arrangements to sit down with LEOs she was asked if she had an attorney yet. My question is what kind of attorney does she need? What's the best path for them to be on legally to ensure this never happens again to any child. Any insight I'd greatly appreciated.
Update.. sorry I did it wrong the first time. My daughter has an appointment Monday morning with an attorney that has the ability to handle things across the board for her. Thank you everyone for your help. It was greatly appreciated.
