Employer Keeping My Pay And Tools And Threatening To Trespass Me If I Show Up To Get My Tools Or Pay

Location: Canada So I'm a mechanic and this was completely out of left field as the last day I was in he was buddy buddy with me. I don't have a set schedule and he was paying me cash (until he got his business going) he told me to work whenever I can I messaged him stating I wouldn't be able to make it in today or the following day as I had school work to do and personal things to do and his response is below there was allot of red flags people showing up and him getting in screaming matches calling them retards and n***ers he informed me he's had 4 people work here in the last few months and he's fired all them calling them racial slurs ect and generally seems mentally unstable ultimately I just want my tools back and to be paid for my time I've put in without being charged as I'm a full time student so I'm limited on money and it's not the cheapest tool to replace would I have any grounds going to the labor board considering he paid me cash and will I be charged with trespassing if show up demanding my tools and pay I've been nothing but respectful and clearly stated I am in school full time and that will come first and the work he had me doing was complicated work as it was a truck basically stripped to the frame with missing parts ect and I've had to take my own personal time to look into online diagrams to figure out what parts are missing and how they go back together as there's been 4 different people pulling this truck apart with parts thrown everywhere missing bolts ect

As far as you junky multimeter, not sure when I'll have time but will look for it when I do. I could tell you I did notice you left things apart in the vehicle, but I don't recall seeing the multimeter, if I do I'll let you know. You are such an irresponsible kid who has no sense of responsibility what so ever! Peoples time doesn't mean anything to you!
