Dad Never Paid Child Support.

Location: California/Louisiana

I'm currently a college student (M21) with two other siblings. My dad never paid child support throughout the entire time my parents were separated for me or my other two siblings. I have since stopped contacting him for about 7 years or so but saw a similar reddit post about this and potentially being able to seek the owed child support. I believe he was able to get around paying because he doesn't have a job and relies on my then step mom to cover everything financially, they are still married as far as I'm aware. I remember his driver's license even being suspended because he never paid child support when I was a kid. However, I do remember he did odd jobs like construction here and there to get money under the table but had no official employment. Is there anything I might be able to do now or is it too late, especially since I'm not in contact with him any longer? He lives in California and at the time I lived in Louisiana with my mother but I've since moved to Georgia for college. Is there anything that could be done? Thank you!
