Coworker Filed A False Order Of Protection Against Me
location: Illinois we are both female, we used to be friends. we had a falling out about a year and half ago. where she screamed at me at a restaurant (there were witnesses and I have evidence of a text where she said she did it). since then I have avoided her at work but she will randomly say things to me as she walks by me like calling me trash. she physically intimated me a few times standing in my way. I didnt tell my bosses because they never do anything so I dont have much documentation of these little things she's done. she is a very volatile person and I've avoided her but this week she purposely bumped into me. I reported it to our bosses (I have email proof) and to the safety/security office of our job. I think they eventually talked to her. well now she filed an order of protection for stalking against me and every, EVERY single thing she wrote in it that she has done to me she said I did. I belive this is in retaliation. I have a court date I now have to go to. she has zero evidence of me doing anything to her because I have done nothing she claims. What can I do? thanks for your help.
