Company Selling Acne Scar Products That I’ve Never Heard Of Are Using My B&a Photos From A Medical Procedure I Received And Had Posted Elsewhere.

Location: UT, USA
I saw an ad on Facebook for an acne scar product, happened to click on it and saw that this company was using photos I posted on Reddit from a medical surgery I got for my acne scars. They even posed me as a “verified buyer” and gave me a fake name.
I emailed them immediately to demand that they remove my photos because I’ve never ever used their product or heard of their product before and they used them without my consent, plus it is complete misrepresentation because those results are not from their product.
They said they removed my photos from their website completely, but when I visit their site I am still seeing my photo on their site. I also believe that the other photos they’re using are also stolen and honestly I want to do whatever I can to report them.
I have screenshots, screen recordings and copies of my emails to and from the company. I was thinking FTC, BBB, and TINA. Is there anything I can do about this legally? Any inputs would be appreciated.
