Advice On Class Action Suit

Hello,
Looking for some advice on class action lawsuits. I am a contractor, and I, along with dozens of other contractors were suddenly told there would be no more work for us earlier this year. The issue is that our outstanding invoices have largely not been paid, despite us all having contracts that state payment terms (net45). We were told that outstanding invoices would be spread out over an extended period of time and paid in smaller chunks on a monthly basis, but most of us only got a few payments, after which those payments stopped. My best estimate is that the company in question owes around $200k+, and some of the contractors are owed over $10k individually. I am US-based, but many contractors are located overseas. Even worse, the company has posted listings seeking new contractors, and I know that a few new contractors have started working for the company in the last few days — though I’m not sure if they’ll ever see payment. My assumption is the company has bought themselves an additional 75 days of work (a month + 45 days until payment is due). The company is based in Oregon, but again, the contractors are spread all over.
Any thoughts or advice around our best course of action would be appreciated. The company is still operating but we’re not sure how long it will stick around. Before this event, it paid on time, and I know plenty of contractors who worked with the company for 10 years or so.
Location: Oregon
