Abusive Business Partner, Online Business, Being Blocked From Digital Assets. Looking For A Lawyer.

Location: State of Washington

I have an online business with a partner who has blocked my access to all of the digital assets, has deleted my website without consent, has threatened to delete my youtube and emails, so that I cannot access my thousands of clients. He also deleted our shared business bank account and took the remaining cash from it.

I do not have access to these accounts, as he was the one to handle technical matters, and I was the content creator.

The partnership is over 10 years old. All I want are my youtube account and emails, and then I want to formally dissolve the company. But right now, I'm not sure if he will willingly give me my youtube and email back at all. He is a family member with some psychological problems and it's really stressful. It's intentional sabotage at this point.

I am really looking for a lawyer who can help me with this. Any advice is also welcome.

My plan is try again to get him to willingly sign the paperwork to dissolve the partnership, and for him to just give me my youtube, and my business email account. The business is based on me making youtube videos and selling a course, entirely made by me, it consists of videos of me talking, and articles on the website which he has already permanently deleted.
