12th Time I’ve Gone To The Dean Of Students Office And Have Been Cleared Every Single Time

I was friends with an individual at one point in medical school and we had a falling out. I called out their bullying and denigrating of our colleagues and that led to a build up of animosity and a final collapse of the friendship. How does this colleague respond to this? Multiple allegations to the dean of my medical school.

I was reported for being an abuser in how I acted and was cleared since I had a friend who was present and saw all of our interactions. I was most recently falsely accused of stalking in which the individual went to campus police to make this false allegation and was caught lying when the footage showed me minding my own business. The dean states that her claims were “unfounded” and nothing would be pursued further. I have been called again to the deans office for being in her vicinity, without any intention to be, in the same campus in which I also live in. This student is a commuter.

12 times in total I have been called to the dean for a situation. The dean “hears both sides”, I’m cleared, and rinse and repeat the week or so after. This malicious hell I have been dealing with is never ending and the school does not seem interested in pursuing any actions against her 100% false allegation made to the police and the further misuse of resources to bring me back in her office. I’m understanding that maybe the school wants to hear them out to make it so that they are basically ‘Doing their part’ for a lack of a better phrase but aren’t doing anything to stop it

The dean is aware of the strain this is putting on my mental health. When I asked the dean if this is going to be happening for the remainder of my schooling they responded with “I hope not” but that there is a “process” that needs to be followed. The individual making these allegations seems to have free reign in this and I’m wondering what I can do now to move it up to finally put a final end to this with an attorney in mind. Seeing how I have an abundance of evidence of me having no wrong doing, do you think this is possible or needed for me to do or should I continue dealing with meeting the dean every other week for the next false allegation?
