First time she ray away wanting to live with him, I found her out a park with, what i thought was a older guy with a big beard, and a woman. (both looked about 30) but the police said they believe my niece when she says he is younger. They thought either the guy was lied to about the age or my niece was or both.

At first they were taking her phone and ipad to get checked, but after i left apparently they gave it back to her and said to her Father that they were doing nothing.

second time the police found her at a train station, packed and ready to run away with him. her father said he wanted the guy charged and get a restraining order as he was still in contact with her and got her to break her window and run away to him. Police got back to us later that night and said before they think the guy is 17 they wont do anything unless she has sex with him.. once again she is 12!

3rd time... well that was over an hour and a half ago and police have still yet to arrive.

I know its her fathers place to be working out all this all out but, lets just say he isn't the most reliable person. Im just trying to be their for her, and I cant get a clear answer from anyone. I dont understand why they are not able to do anything. Do we really have to wait until she is SA before anything can be done?

Their is more information to give but i wanted to get this typed up fast.
