The Real Brokerage Launches Free Coaching Program To All Agents

The Real Brokerage will launch an eight-week virtual coaching program this fall aimed at helping real estate professionals increase productivity, retain clients and expand their business.

The program — called Agent BreakThru — will run from Sept. 30 to Nov. 18 and is open to all agents, regardless of brokerage affiliation. Participation is free.

“This isn’t about fluff or feel-good motivation. The market is challenging — even for the most experienced agents,” says Tamir Poleg, chairman and CEO of Real. “Agent BreakThru is designed to provide real tools, real coaching and real execution when they’re needed most. We’re making it available to the entire industry because we believe that when more agents succeed, it benefits everyone.

The Real Brokerage ranks No. 5 by volume and No 6 by transaction sides on the 2025 RealTrends Verified Top Brokerage Rankings.

The program will feature biweekly strategic sessions led by Jason Pantana, a real estate marketing coach with Tom Ferry International. Pantana — known for his work in digital marketing, local SEO and AI-powered content strategies — will provide participants with current marketing systems used by top agents.

Alternating with Pantana’s sessions will be workshops led by Drew Thompson — head of Real Academy — and Dusty Oglesby — a Real agent and founder of Defined Coaching.

Oglesby has worked with more than 45,000 agents nationwide, focusing on both business strategies and personal development.
