Real estate professionals in Northern Florida now have access to listings in South Florida without needing an additional MLS subscription. Stellar MLS and BeachesMLS have entered into a reciprocal data sharing agreement, according to an announcement on Tuesday.

The two Florida-based MLSs say that this agreement expands data access and connectivity for real estate professionals across the state, as well as in Puerto Rico. The two combined MLSs have over 123,000 subscribers with roughly 43,000 coming from BeachesMLS and over 80,000 coming from Stellar MLS.

“At BeachesMLS, our focus has always been to empower brokers and agents through data, technology, and partnerships,” Dionna Hall, the CEO of BeachesMLS, said in a statement. “Together, we are delivering broader market access, enhanced visibility for listings and a more seamless experience for Realtors and their customers across the state.”

With this agreement, BeachesMLS Matrix users will now have access to Stellar MLS listings, which encompass properties in central, northern, and southwest Florida, and Puerto Rico. Similarly, StellarMLS users now have access to listings in South Florida, including the Treasure Coast region. In total, subscribers across both MLSs will have access to more than 187,000 combined active listings.

“Florida’s real estate market is diverse and deeply connected, and our new reciprocal access collaboration with BeachesMLS truly embodies that spirit,” Merri Jo Cowen, the CEO of Stellar MLS, said in a statement. “Together, we’re opening the door to more listings, richer market insights, and greater opportunities for our shared customers across the state, empowering them to grow their business, strengthen relationships and deliver exceptional value to buyers and sellers throughout Florida.”

Over the past few months, Stellar MLS has announced several reciprocal data share agreements with a variety of MLSs across the country, including with State-Wide MLS, a subsidiary of Rhode Island Association of Realtors, Miami Association of Realtors, Bright MLS and Georgia’s First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS).
