VisitEngland has revealed the winners of the 2025 ROSE (Recognition Of Service Excellence) Awards, celebrating accommodation providers that deliver outstanding hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences across England.

Now in their ninth year, the ROSE Awards recognise establishments that go above and beyond, offering excellence in customer service irrespective of star rating, type, or style of accommodation. This year’s winners were announced during a ceremony at The Post Barn, Newbury, Berkshire.

Recipients include a diverse mix of accommodation providers ranging from boutique B&Bs, family holiday parks, and glamping sites to working farms, hotels, pubs with rooms, and hostels. All awardees are part of VisitEngland’s Accommodation Quality Schemes and were nominated based on assessments and feedback from both domestic and international visitors.

VisitEngland Director Andrew Stokes said:  “The ROSE Awards honour England’s outstanding accommodation providers who combine excellent hospitality with exceptional service to create lasting memories for their guests. These establishments anchor great holidays, encouraging visitors to discover more locally whilst generating vital tourism income for communities. From boutique glamping to premier B&Bs, characterful pubs to family holiday parks, and working farms to secluded retreats, England’s diverse accommodation sector offers something special for every taste and budget.”

The awards underline the vital role of England’s accommodation sector in supporting the country’s visitor economy. By recognising innovation and service excellence, VisitEngland highlights how properties across all categories – from three-star to five-star ratings and accredited properties – contribute to the sector’s resilience and growth.

As one of the country’s most valuable industries, tourism generates billions in revenue and supports local communities across England. Initiatives such as the ROSE Awards reinforce the sector’s commitment to raising service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving repeat visitation.
