Dancing at deck parties is a classic feature of many cruises, so why not make a workout of it?

The Zumba Cruise will return in 2026, marking its first appearance in seven years. During this time, guests can spend five days immersed in the fitness program, an aerobic workout that combines dance with aerobic exercises.

“There’s truly nothing like the Zumba Cruise – the energy, the passion, the sheer joy of thousands of people dancing together at sea,” Zumba’s Chief Marketing Officer Carolina Moraes said in a news release. “This is one of our most sought-after events, and for years, our instructors and students have been asking for its return.”

Here’s what to know.

The cruise will depart from Miami on March 9, 2026, aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Pearl ship. The vessel can accommodate around 2,300 guests at double occupancy.

The five-day itinerary includes a stop in Cozumel, Mexico, followed by two days at sea, before returning to Miami. Onboard, guests can take Zumba classes led by “world-renowned instructors,” according to the news release, including master classes led by the creator of Zumba, Beto Perez.

Other workouts from STRONG Nation – which incorporates body weight, cardio, muscle conditioning and other moves – and CIRCL Mobility – centered on breathwork, flexibility and mobility exercises – will also be on offer, among others.

There’ll be plenty of ways to unwind, too. Passengers can enjoy the ship’s spa, swim or enjoy themed dance parties. As the departure date nears, “surprise artist performances” will also be unveiled.

The cruise currently starts at $1,220 per person based on double occupancy, according to its website. The price includes all Zumba classes, accommodations, many meals onboard, concerts and more.
