During his time there, he held senior finance roles, including Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, contributing to major corporate transactions, including the international acquisition of Casa Herradura in Mexico. Fitzgerald’s expertise spans corporate finance, strategic planning, treasury, global tax, investor relations, and M&A. His diverse background and cross-functional leadership style have earned him a reputation as a results-driven leader, recognized for his strategic insight, operational discipline, and principled execution.
