The Radisson Hotels Co-op Live partnership has been confirmed, making Radisson the official hotel partner of Co-op Live, the UK’s largest live entertainment arena. The collaboration links Radisson’s global hospitality expertise with one of Manchester’s most high-profile cultural venues, offering fans, travellers, and Radisson Rewards members access to exclusive experiences.

Since its opening in May 2024, Co-op Live has become a major cultural landmark, hosting more than one million ticket holders within its first 10 months. The venue has welcomed international stars such as Billie Eilish, Bruce Springsteen, and Tyler the Creator, with upcoming performances from Lady Gaga and Ed Sheeran. Its success has already been recognised, with Pollstar naming it the 2025 “New Concert Venue of the Year.”

The partnership comes ahead of the opening of a new Radisson Blu on the Etihad Campus in 2026. The 401-room property, part of the Manchester City Football Club’s North Stand expansion, will place Radisson guests in the heart of a live entertainment and sports hub. The hotel is expected to create new jobs and contribute to the city’s economic growth.

Co-op Live represents the future of live entertainment in the UK, and we are delighted to be the official hotel partner,” says Cristina Serra, Global SVP, Brand & Experience, Customer and Marketing Strategy at Radisson Hotel Group. “This partnership not only connects our brand to unforgettable music experiences but also creates direct value for our guests, members, and partners.”

Co-op Live and Radisson Hotels share a commitment to sustainability. The arena was recently awarded A Greener Arena status, with a ‘Highly Commended’ certification by A Greener Future (AGF), recognising its environmental responsibility. Radisson itself operates Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre, the UK’s first Verified Net Zero hotel.

Exclusive benefits for Radisson Rewards members

As part of the partnership, Radisson Rewards members will enjoy exclusive advantages, including:

  • Access to premium concert tickets, redeemable with points or packaged with hotel stays.
  • On-site Radisson Rewards activations at Co-op Live.
  • Social media contests offering tickets, stays, and VIP experiences.

Guy Dunstan, Senior Vice President & General Manager at Co-op Live, says: “This collaboration brings together two brands committed to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. With Radisson’s reputation for excellence in hospitality and our vision as the UK’s premier live entertainment venue, we’re excited to offer fans and visitors a world-class experience inside and beyond the arena.”

Strengthening Manchester’s position as a cultural hub

Manchester is recognised as the UK’s second-largest live music economy, and the Radisson Hotels–Co-op Live partnership strengthens the city’s global role as a cultural and entertainment destination. By combining accommodation, loyalty benefits, and access to headline events, the collaboration delivers added value to both domestic and international travellers.

The agreement also reinforces Radisson Hotel Group’s strategy of aligning with iconic sports and cultural venues worldwide, providing partners with enhanced visibility and guests with experiences that extend beyond a traditional hotel stay.
