Our 10 Favorite Adults-only, All-inclusive Resorts For 2025

Staying at an amazing adults-only, all-inclusive resort is akin to flying first class. Once you've had the experience, it's hard to go back to life as you knew it. These resorts don't always mean the sexy, provocative vacations you may have heard about. Instead, they're destinations that cater exclusively to guests typically 18 years or older, and where accommodations, meals, drinks, activities, and entertainment are included in one price.
From a sensory-centric Cancun resort to a new Jamaican escape with overwater bungalows, and even a Punta Cana property with a par-72 golf course, here are 10 destinations — and one bonus recommendation — that might ruin you (in the best way).
Triple Creek Ranch, Darby, Montana

Dude ranches were the original all-American all-inclusive. Serving up horses and hospitality, this 10BEST Readers' Choice favorite in Montana offers 25 cabins with seven different floor plans. At Triple Creek Ranch, the list of activities included in the nightly rate ranges from fly casting lessons to leatherworking, tennis, and even sapphire panning.

In the winter, the adults-only (16 and over) resort offers complementary vintner events; come summer, guests can have cocktails with Triple Creek’s owners at their residence and tour their private Western art collection, one of the largest in the world. While the dress code is ranch casual, expect multicourse meals worthy of the ranch’s A-list clientele. The TV series “Yellowstone” was filmed nearby, and celebrities love to hide out here too. Live Aqua Cancun, Cancun, Mexico

Choose your own adventure (and aroma, because every room comes with an essential oil menu) at this adults-only resort in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. All-inclusive rates cover almost everything, from bottomless domestic drinks to gratuities and dinner in seven restaurants. Room service, available 24/7, is also included. If you want the rubber ducky in the bathtub for a souvenir, consider it yours. Guests can even take advantage of the spa’s temperature contrast lagoon, pressure shower, and hydro reflexology jets without booking a treatment.
Although Live Aqua Cancun has nearly 400 rooms, it doesn’t feel crowded at this adults-only (18 and older) resort, especially if you upgrade to the Live Aqua Exclusive Level. It gives you access to a private lounge and includes butler services. Book your stay here.

Princess Senses the Mangrove, Green Island, Jamaica

If your bucket list includes living it up in an overwater villa with a private infinity pool bigger than most New York City apartments, I have good news. You don’t need to travel to the Maldives. Instead, head to Princess Senses the Mangrove, an hour west of Montego Bay.
In addition to overwater villas, the adults-only property (18 and over) features 401 ocean-view suites, including swim-out suites and accommodations with hydromassage bathtubs and round beds. Between the 10 themed restaurants, a food truck experience, and 15 bars, it’s hard to run out of food and beverage options. That said, all guests at Princess Senses the Mangrove have access to the adjacent Princess Grand Jamaica’s eateries and amenities. Just keep in mind the neighboring resort is kid-friendly. Book your stay here.
Hotel Azura, Samara, Costa Rica

Perched in a serene Samara beach enclave, Hotel Azura redefines adults-only (18 and over) luxury with all-inclusive flair: sumptuous meals, unlimited drinks, two shimmering pools, a lovely spa, and beachfront access. Go for add-ons like kayaking, snorkeling, horseback riding, and fishing adventures. Or just sit back and enjoy the tranquil retreat wrapped in tropical beauty and get pampered in one of the 74 modern suites, 24-hour amenities, and “pura vida” bliss. Book your stay here.

Another option in Costa Rica: While Tierra Magnifica in Nosara isn't fully all-inclusive, the adults-only, family-owned boutique resort offers an all-inclusive wellness package that includes daily meals, a facial, a body treatment, and two complimentary excursions, such as zip-lining or surf lessons. Guests also enjoy complimentary memberships at the property’s Beach Break Surf Club in Nosara, which you can reach via the complimentary shuttle service. Book your stay here.
Bungalows Key Largo, Key Largo, Florida
The Florida Keys' only adults-only, all-inclusive resort is a pristine property – Photo courtesy of Bungalows Key Largo
Reserved for nonsmoking guests 21 years and older, Bungalows Key Largo loves rules (the dress code for dinner is “evening elegance”). But the payoff is a pristine property that feels far more intimate than its 135 bungalows, all of which feature a private veranda complete with soaking tub and outdoor shower. Perhaps it’s because it covers 12 acres and 1,000 feet of waterfront shoreline.
Kayak, paddleboard, and even water trike rentals are included in the nightly rate, as is snorkel gear and group classes in the “fitness tiki hut.” Of course, you also can relax in a complimentary beachside or poolside cabana. Mix up your meals in the five on-site restaurants, or, if you’re not opposed to whipping out your wallet, venture into town on the resort’s complimentary shuttle. Book your stay here.

JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

You’d have to spend at least a week at JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar, a part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, to try all 20 restaurants and 14 bars, as well as take advantage of the 24-hour room service included in the nightly rate. With 273 rooms, this adults-only property (18 and over) isn’t Punta Cana’s largest, but it does have an 18-hole golf course (make sure you select an all-inclusive package with a green fee included).
If the budget allows, splurge on the Oceanfront Butler Suite, which comes with perks like ironing, packing, and unpacking services, allowing you to spend more time taking advantage of the spa’s hydrotherapy area (free for all guests) and participating in complimentary water sports. Whichever restaurant or bar you end up at for sunset, make sure you duck out early enough to catch the evening’s live entertainment. Book your stay here.
Jade Mountain, Soufriere, St. Lucia

A hillside architectural masterpiece with panoramic views of St. Lucia’s beloved Pitons, Jade Mountain is as aesthetically pleasing as a resort gets. And it isn’t even on the water! That said, guests staying in the resort’s 24 sanctuaries — all of which have 15-foot-high ceilings, and some of which have 900-square-foot infinity pools — are welcome to enjoy the beachfront amenities at its nearby sister property, Anse Chastanet Resort.

Jade Mountain, the first LEED Gold-certified property in the Caribbean, also gets serious points for sustainability. The resort is ideal for couples seeking a digital detox, as mobile phone use isn’t permitted in public areas, and the sanctuaries don’t have TVs. The adults-only resort allows guests ages 16 and older. Book your stay here.
Lake Austin Spa Resort, Austin, Texas
Wellness weekends are a must at this Texas adults-only, all-inclusive resort – Photo courtesy of Lake Austin Spa Resort
One can argue that this wellness property, 22 miles west of Austin, is technically situated on the Colorado River, not a lake. Still, there’s no debating that a vacation here could potentially add years to your life. Lake Austin Spa Resort offers 40 cottages and bungalows, all outfitted with vitamin C-infused showers. Without any effort on your part, you’ll also get most of your nutritional needs met, thanks to the “conscientious cuisine,” much of it sourced from the organic, on-site garden. Be sure to pamper yourself at the 25,000-square-foot spa, which features more than 100 spa treatments.
The all-inclusive package covers activities such as yoga, hiking, hydro biking, and workshops on topics that range from meditation to astronomy. The resort welcomes guests 16 years and older. Book your stay here.
Iberostar Selection Sábila, Tenerife, Spain

Tenerife may be the most famous island Americans have never heard of, but I’ve been visiting this Canary Island almost every year since 2017. Home sweet home for me on the “Isle of Eternal Spring” is always Iberostar Selection Sábila, a contemporary, adults-only oasis in the heart of family-friendly Costa Adeje.

While the 472-room property isn’t on the beach, its elevated position boasts some of the island’s best views of both the Atlantic Ocean (on a clear day, you can see the island of La Gomera) and Mt. Teide, the world’s third-tallest volcano. The all-inclusive rate covers Sábila’s gourmet food hall, and if you book a Star Prestige room, you’ll also have access to the exclusive Sky Lounge. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Book your stay here.
The Lodge at Woodloch, Hawley, Pennsylvania

The Poconos may not be the first place you think of for all-inclusives, but these mountains used to be nicknamed the “Honeymoon Capital of the World,” and they still serve as a beautiful backdrop. Between its 400 forested acres featuring a private lake, rock garden waterfall, and plenty of trails, The Lodge at Woodloch is popular with couples looking to commune with nature (and each other).
The 59-room property’s crown jewel is its 40,000 square-foot spa, which boasts a snow room, Tyrolean bucket shower, and Himalayan salt sauna. The resort's working organic farm, complete with mushroom logs and an apiary, is a close second. Activities included in the nightly rate range from baking demonstrations to outdoor excursions. Guests of this resort that ranked first among all-inclusive resorts in the U.S. in 2025 must be at least 16 years old. Book your stay here.
