MIAMI, FL  – MIA Hospitality Management (MIAHM: Mastery • Innovation • Assurance) officially launches this month, backed by the expertise of renowned hotel developer Robert Finvarb, whose company, Robert Finvarb Companies (RFC), is ranked among the Top 60 U.S. hotel owners by key count. Headquartered in Miami, MIAHM embodies its name by combining Mastery in operations, Innovation in strategy, and Assurance in results. Entering the market with a bold owner-operator model designed to align investment goals with operational excellence, the company leverages Finvarb’s proven track record as one of the nation’s leading hotel developers and owners, alongside the operational expertise of Co-Founder and CEO Brian Vujnovic, to deliver superior returns for owners while creating exceptional guest experiences across its growing portfolio.

“At MIA Hospitality Management, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while maximizing value for our owners and partners,” said Brian Vujnovic, CEO & Co-Founder. “Our mission is to merge the perspective of hotel ownership with the discipline of best-in-class operations. That balance is what drives long-term success for our investors, associates, and guests alike.”

MIAHM launches with a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet the highest standards of innovation, accountability, and performance. From advanced revenue management strategies and integrated sales and marketing platforms to GAAP-compliant financial reporting and holistic property operations, MIAHM delivers a management model that balances financial discipline with memorable hospitality. Its capabilities are reinforced by leadership development, proactive capital planning, and innovative service practices that ensure properties thrive in competitive markets.

The company enters the industry with an impressive portfolio of 939 rooms across South Florida. Its first hotel under management, the Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove, joined on March 3, 2025, followed by the Hyatt Centric South Beach on May 1, 2025. On July 1, 2025, MIAHM added both the AC Hotel Miami Brickell and the Element by Westin Miami Brickell, and on September 3, 2025, the Springhill Suites Miami Downtown Medical District. Later this fall, the Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruiseport will be added on October 1, 2025. Looking ahead, MIAHM will also assume management of the Hyatt Centric Wynwood, currently being developed by RFC and projected to open in 2028. With additional transitions already underway, the company expects to surpass 1,000 rooms under management by the end of the year, while also laying the foundation for expansion into new U.S. markets.

Founders Robert Finvarb and Brian Vujnovic built MIA Hospitality Management on decades of ownership and operational expertise. Robert brings more than 20 years of success as a developer and owner through Robert Finvarb Companies, with ground-up projects and asset management across Marriott and Hyatt brands in high-barrier, competitive markets including New York City, Washington, D.C., and throughout New Jersey, North Carolina, Arizona, and Michigan. Brian adds 25 years of hands-on operational leadership across luxury independent, lifestyle, and select-service hotels, including 11 years of asset-management experience and a strong food-and-beverage concept development and execution acumen that elevates guest experience and drives outperformance. Together, thinking as owners, asset managers, and operators, they make decisions through an ownership lens, balancing financial performance with guest experience to deliver durable, long-term value.

“Our launch represents more than just another management company,” said Robert Finvarb, Partner & Co-Founder. “It’s about creating a culture of innovation and accountability that puts owners, associates, and guests at the center of every decision.”
