NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport was first to report the news, adding the teams also will swap sixth- and seventh-round draft picks in 2027.
Moore will enter his fourth NFL season with San Francisco, the same team his former employer defeated in Super Bowl LVIII during his sophomore season.
The No. 54 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, Moore’s career struggled to take off in three seasons with the Chiefs. For his career, he has 43 receptions for 494 yards and one touchdown.
Moore has one year remaining on his rookie contract.
San Francisco has plenty of questions to answer regarding the receiver room, including how the Jauan Jennings situation will play out after the wideout requested a new contract or to be traded, and how others will fill the void left by Brandon Aiyuk, who is recovering from ACL and MCL injuries but expected to return around Week 6.
