We have a plot twist to Jake Bobo’s future with the Seattle Seahawks.

ESPN’s Field Yates reported on Friday that the Jacksonville Jaguars have signed Bobo to an offer sheet (terms undisclosed), as is their right given he’s a tendered restricted free agent. If the Seahawks do not match the offer within five days, Bobo will exit for the AFC South champions.

The Jaguars are signing Seahawks restricted free agent WR Jake Bobo to an offer sheet; Seattle has five days to decide on whether to match the offer.

Bobo has 36 catches in his first three NFL seasons, including a 17-yard TD in the NFC Championship game last season.

Bobo was given a right of first refusal tender, valued at $3.51 million on a one-year deal. Unlike first- and second-round tenders in which unmatched offer sheets result in draft compensation, there is no draft pick attached to the tender Bobo received. As an undrafted free agent with limited playing time—despite his popularity among fan—there was zero chance he would’ve ever gotten a first- or second-round tender.

The Seahawks are now on the clock as far as whether or not there will suddenly be no more Bobo in Seattle.
