Peloton introduced three new instructors and rolled out Sculpt Flow, signaling a deeper investment in yoga and hybrid training as the company continues its reset

Peloton is closing out the year with a decisive push into yoga through the introduction of three new instructors and the debut of Sculpt Flow, a hybrid format that blends yoga with strength training.

The December rollout reflects Peloton’s ongoing effort to expand its content ecosystem as the company invests heavily in AI innovation, personalization and cross-training.

Sculpt Flow arrives as Peloton continues to refine its strategy under CEO Peter Stern, who has spent the past year steering the brand toward improved software, upgraded hardware and broader wellness partnerships. The update also comes as consumers gravitate toward hybrid modalities that touch on functional strength and sculpt work.

The newest additions to Peloton’s Yoga roster are Zacharias Niedzwiecki, Johanna Ricouz and Greta Dopp. All three were introduced during Robin Arzón’s annual Turkey Burn Ride, one of the platform’s most-watched holiday traditions.

Niedzwiecki brings an athletic, strength-forward approach to Yoga and is expected to help bridge Peloton’s strength community with its Yoga programming. Ricouz is Miami-based and blends classical ballet training with Pilates and sculpt-based movement. Dopp, Peloton’s first instructor from Canada, combines classical Yoga roots with contemporary Pilates and sculpt for a modern style.

Each instructor will premiere their first class live this week. Niedzwiecki debuts his 30-minute Power Flow on Thursday, December 4, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time. Ricouz teaches her 30-minute Yoga + Pilates class on Friday, December 5, at the same time. Dopp launches Sculpt Flow on Saturday, December 6, at 8 a.m ET.

The Yoga expansion arrives during a pivotal period for Peloton. This fall, the company delivered a quarterly profit and lifted its full-year outlook, although the announcement was tempered by a voluntary recall of select Bike+ models. Even with that setback, Peloton has seen growing engagement with its newest initiatives, including the Cross Training Series, its fully refreshed equipment portfolio and Peloton IQ, the company’s AI-powered coaching system.

Content remains central to Peloton’s turnaround plan.

The company has grown its community features through Club Peloton, expanded its commercial footprint through the Precor-led Commercial Business Unit and introduced more wellness partnerships across recovery, breathwork and women’s health. Peloton is also building deeper ties with competitive fitness through its partnership with Hyrox.
