Former Peloton Cfo Jill Woodworth Joins Prenuvo

The ex-Peloton finance chief has been named CFO of the fast-growing preventive health MRI screening startup
Prenuvo has appointed former Peloton executive Jill Woodworth as its new chief financial officer, bringing on a veteran of high-growth companies as the whole-body MRI screening startup prepares for its next phase of expansion.
The company raised $120 million in 2024 through a Series B round co-led by Forerunner Ventures, Left Lane Capital and existing investor Felicis. It also recently announced FDA clearance for its AI-powered Prenuvo Body Composition report.
Woodworth, who helped steer Peloton through its IPO and rapid growth, will oversee Prenuvo’s financial strategy, operations and long-term planning.

The more I learned, the clearer it became that no one else in this space is approaching this like Prenuvo. I believe Prenuvo and proactive healthcare can become as ubiquitous and essential as fitness and wellness movements have become in the past decade. I’m excited to help build a future where taking control of your health is a natural, expected part of life for everyone.”

“Jill brings a rare combination of financial acumen and a deep understanding of consumer-driven health,” Prenuvo founder and CEO Andrew Lacy said. “She’s helped build one of the most recognized brands of the last decade, and her leadership will be essential as we scale globally and continue making proactive health more accessible.”

The Enhanced Screening, available in cities like New York, Los Angeles and Dallas, includes a full-body MRI, FDA-cleared body composition analysis, brain health assessment and lab tests for key biomarkers. Other offerings include a $2,499 comprehensive whole-body scan and a $1,799 head and torso scan, each designed to detect early signs of cancer, aneurysms and other diseases. Following a scan, patients discuss their findings in a phone of video consult with a nurse practitioner.
