New digital program offers pain relief, recovery and mobility support without appointments

FitOn Health has officially launched FitOn Rehab, a new musculoskeletal (MSK) recovery program designed to help millions of Americans manage pain, improve mobility and prevent injuries. Developed with physical therapist Dr. Tom Walters, founder of Rehab Science, the program provides more than 20 condition-specific routines — all accessible from home via the FitOn Health platform.

With MSK issues now affecting nearly half of U.S. adults and outpacing the cost of heart disease and cancer, FitOn Rehab aims to bring clinical-grade support to the masses. The program includes self-guided routines for common concerns like back pain, rotator cuff injuries and plantar fasciitis, along with optional telehealth sessions for those who want more personalized guidance.

“Movement is medicine,” said Dr. Walters. “We built this to make that medicine convenient and effective for everyone.”

FitOn Rehab is covered by most major health plans and is designed to integrate seamlessly into users’ lifestyles. It’s the latest expansion from FitOn Health, whose digital platform has logged more than one billion workout minutes across 20 million members.
