Caitlin Clark Breaks Silence After Flau’jae Johnson Name-drops Her In New Rap Song

The WNBA season is just a week away, and anticipation is building for Caitlin Clark’s second year with a reloaded Indiana Fever roster.
Adding to the excitement, the regular season tips off on May 17 with a headline-grabbing matchup: Clark and the Fever taking on Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky.
Clark and Reese are two of the most prominent names in women’s basketball, and their rivalry continues to captivate fans. On Friday, that buzz intensified when Reese’s former LSU teammate and current Tigers star Flau’jae Johnson previewed a new, unreleased rap song on social media—featuring a name-drop of Clark.
Johnson, who has long pursued rap alongside her basketball career, made waves with the lyric, which quickly reached Clark herself and prompted a response.
In the song preview, Johnson rapped, “Double C’s on my jacket like I’m Caitlin Clark,” before tagging the Indiana Fever star on social media and adding, “I finally put your name on a song.”
