The Tampa Bay Buccaneers turned to an unlikely source for a key first-half touchdown. With time ticking down in the first half, Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield tossed the ball to offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs, who caught the reception for his first career touchdown.

On third-and-goal, Mayfield faked to running back Bucky Irving on the right before settling into the pocket. He then threw to a wide-open Wirfs on the left-hand side, with Wirfs nabbing the ball with ease and running the final step into the end zone.

Wirfs celebrated with his teammates after the score, and center Graham Barton gets some extra credit for lifting the 320-pound Wirfs like it was nothing.

The score gave Tampa Bay a 10-0 lead at the time, though the Cardinals hit a field goal just before halftime to make it 10-3. But the Buccaneers grew the lead in the third quarter, with Irving running in for a 13-yard touchdown.

The catch is just an extra feather in the cap of Wirfs, who is coming off his second All-Pro honor. The 26-year-old Wirfs is one of the best tackles in the league, heading to the Pro Bowl for the past four straight seasons. And now, he can add "go-ahead touchdown reception" to his list.
