Will I Be Okay To Live Away From My Mother

Location: Maryland I am a 17 year old from Maryland I skimmed the rules and I’m not sure if minors are allowed to post here so sorry if I broke a rule but it’s currently summer vacation for me and I am moving away from my current apartment with my 21 year old and 19 year old sister because we got evicted because my mother who is mentally ill with schizophrenia (not formally diagnosed because she is uncooperative to get help so we don’t know exactly but she fits most of the symptoms of extreme paranoia smelling things that aren’t there and having manic episodes) got us kicked out for harassing neighbors and screaming at people. She moved us to Md during an episode and constantly put us in dangerous situations, trashed thousands of dollars in electronics because she believed they were evil and prayed for hours everyday. She even forced us to wear certain colors and not eat certain foods for her own crazy reasons, but when her money ran out and she lost her car she became less dangerous but now she’s just a burden and horrible for my mental health. I had to live with her alone because my sisters are in college and I fell into a horrible depression because she is so draining and abusive. Now I absolutely refuse to live with her untill I turn 18 but she would never let me go she said she would go to the cops so my question is when I move with my sisters (but they will be gone for the school year which is another concern) and I’m stable because my father is paying for everything (rent, food, transportation, other) and I have a babysitting job will I be forced to go to my mother even tho she will be homeless in a hotel with no job or money or will I be taken away to foster care ? If I explain to the cops (and some of them already know her because people have called the cops on her and it’s easy to tell she’s not mentally okay)and show them that I’m okay and responsible will they let me live in my sisters apartment? Also we will be filing paper work to get my mother forced psychological evaluation but we don’t know how long that will take and I can’t live with her for my senior year at all or I’ll probably crash out.
