What Can I Do To Get Rid Of Stray Cats On Private Property That Someone’s Trespassing On To Feed And Let Multiply?

Location: Alaska My uncle owns the foreplex I live in and the property around it, we’ve had a stray cat problem for quite awhile now and didn’t knwho why, recently my wife went in the woods to the side of the building and found a trail and area where there’s a bunch of tubs and cardboard boxes that an old guy who sneaks on the property has put up, some of them have heating elements and such and he’s also putting out a tub of food constantly.

Anyways he’s been yelled at/ told not to come on our property multiple multiple times and still does and now we found this. There’s around 20 stray cats that are all messed up from winters and such but also messing with both me and my uncle allergies CONSTANTLY.

I want to go trash all the cardboard house crap and food since it’s on private property. My uncles ok with this as well and yes we have called both the cops and animal control and they all know about the old guy and the crap tom of cats in the area and won’t do anything about it so it really does rest on us to deal with it.

I dont Want to personally hurt any of the cats(call it mean if you want but I’d rather just let whatever happens after getting rid of the housing take them out since animal control won’t do anything whatsoever. Is it legal for me to just get rid of all the cat food and trash/ makeshift housing the guy keeps putting up on our property? Also plan on putting up a camera and chasing the guy off whenever he comes around????????‍♂️

Purely want to know wether or not it’s legal I don’t care about anyone trying to tell me to save the cats cause my wife did everything she could to figure something out for that and not a single animal control person would do anything and all knew about the area. Any info would be great thank you
