Very Long Read Very Odd Case.ɓ Id Like Opinions On. No Offense Will Be Taken If You Do Not Believe Im Innocent.

So i owned guns since i was probably 8 shooting my first rifle with my dad, I got my first handgun back in 2022 legal of course never pulled on anyone never even showed anyone it really. Anyways my mom, my brother and I moved into this house 10 years ago as renter and ended up all buying it. my uncle and grandma moved in after and all the bills were covered by my mom and grandma and myself. My brother got into this relationship with a girl I wont judge on her beliefs but not too much morales about her.she has him doing shrooms and acid at wierd concerts getting really political and hateful the last couple years progressively she publicly advertises it on Facebook that she sells it. Me and my mom kept noticing he was moving the camera in the main front window to where it only focused on me in my car. He was taking notes on my schedule doing alot of strange things. Hes 42 never paid bills always shared a room with me, even bunk beds as an adult couldn't have a license cause so many traffic infractions not putting him down just the truth. So one day hes calling me a week before the latter incident asking me for my dl # and ssn# I mean at the time I didnt know he hated me my whole life but a week after that he freaked out on my mom who was paying the bills and told her only his name was on the deed and he was evicting us all and told her he'll find a way to get her out. and I got messages of him saying he was gonna do this and that for me and her to find a place give her 17,000$ but he he brings his girlfriend over one night to the house he says to get the rest of his small stuff and i went out in my car while they were in there to avoid confrontation I didnt say a word to them I went back in when they left I put my lighter up which ill admit looks like a gun cause its replicated as one but its silver. My fire arm is black. And I thought we were cool until I went inside found out I was being kicked out of where I lived for 10 years and I texted him some shit I wasnt right for but nothing threatening and it was stuff he told me his fiance did behind his back 3 days later he came home got footage of me with that torch lighter I came home at 5 after laying block all day and I was being arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm or deadly weapon,resisting without arrest which im still injured from what a rookie cop. they lied to me to get me out my house then asked for my id and when I was getting it they grabbed me and I naturally pulled my arms up like whats going on cause I was well scared and clueless, while I was also telling them about a real crime with the neighbor selling drugs to uncle just walking into the house and my brother in texts thanks me for watching over the house.and exhibition of a firearm which the disposed of 4 or 5 months prior to my trial where they gave that as an lesser option to the jury. So I got a little probation which im not worried about its just Ifeel as if it should have been dropped from the police neglect anyway i offered my handgun to then nope he didnt want jothing to do with it(cop) my firearms werent even with me and my phone record will show that but they didnt care. after closing they brought my dads od and I dont grieve alot but it got to me in that moment and ruined my statement i broke down about the injusticein that too but, I was found of that charge that was disposed the exhibition, the resisting was aquited and the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was found not guilty so how did my public defender do as in results for me.
