Revoking A Power Of Attorney Document I Was Forced To Sign

Hey! So, I never really post on Reddit, so am not too familiar with how this works, but I need advice on revoking a POA document.

When I was 18, I signed both a general POA and medical POA, assigning my mom as the agent. Before this, I REPEATEDLY told my mom that I did not want to sign the document, as it gives her full access to all medical, financial, and social aspects of my life. Growing up, she has never given me any privacy, and I was so excited to turn 18, only to feel like I had the privacy stripped away from me again. My mom said that if I didn’t sign the documents, she wouldn’t co-sign my college loans, which essentially meant I wouldn’t be able to go to college. I even tried to record a video of her saying this out loud, but only got a clip of her saying “let me see your phone,” because she knew I might be voice recording.

I’ve had a past with mental illness, and was hospitalized for depression when I was 16. I’m scared that even with just a medical POA, if I had a depressive relapse, she could easily make a case to deem me as “incapacitated,” even if I were able to make rational decisions. I’m not sure if this is plausible because I’m not too familiar with medical POAs, but it is something I wouldn’t put past her. I wouldn’t be opposed to keeping my a medical POA, but would want to revise some sections. For example, revoking some of her rights as an agent (because why is accessing all my social media accounts on there????).

Long story short, I’m 21 now and want to revoke my general POA and possibly revise my medical POA. My mom has copies of the documents somewhere, but never provided me a copy. She had me sign them in front of a notary, but I don’t know what happened to the documents beyond then. If I create a revocation document and notarize it, I’m scared my mom might still abuse the old documents. She will not be happy with me revoking it. Is there a way to make sure she 100% cannot act as my general POA agent anymore?
