Odometer Fraud, What To Do?

Bought a used 2021 Honda Civic through FB Marketplace advertised as having 60k miles for 14k (paid in cash). The seller purported to be a brother of someone who worked at a small dealer (their dealership is listed on the title as last owner, however the address is written in hard-to-read handwriting and Googling isn't helping). Everything looked good in person besides some overly tinted windows, odometer checked out what was listed. I wanted to finalize everything the next weekend (I work weekdays) to give myself time to think it over, however my dad was very confident in the car and offered to pick it up himself the very next day and seal the deal before someone else picked it up. I was checking the Carfax at work and noticed the mileage was over 300k! I thought that was extremely bizarre for a 5 year old car and wondered if it was a misread on Carfax's part, however going through the timeline of constant servicing from the previous owner, everything seemed to be in order. I was going to call my dad to let him know the issue but he had already returned home with the bill and title. Checking the title itself, the mileage was covered in white out to make it look like 60k. My dad's tried to call and message the seller for the past couple days now but hasn't recieved a response. Are there any legal routes I could take to possibly ask for a refund or get any money back?
