Nonconsensual Filming During Sex

Edit: I am asking so I can forward the information along to my little sister. She is distraught and has no idea what to do. I know I personally cannot do anything. I am just trying to get some info for a starting point for these girls.

Okay so my little sister is 19. She’s been dating this guy for a few months. She gets a message today from another girl that is telling her how this guy films women without their consent and posts it to X. The girl (not my sister) also told her that he has been using the video that girl didn’t consent to as leverage against her. Apparently he’s being doing this for a while as I found the X account and it’s been going at least since 2024. I am fucking furious- pardon my language. My sister has not been uploaded yet but she does know he filmed her. I obviously want something to be done about this and I’m 30 so more of an adult with a good head on her shoulders. Where the hell do I start with making sure this guy faces consequences? I assume this is some form of revenge porn and extortion but obviously I’m not a lawyer. The girls want to stop him as well. What should my first steps be here? Like a guideline? Please help if you can this is infuriating and disgusting. I appreciate you all.
