Neighbor Threatening Legal Action Over Alleged Thefts?

New to posting here so apologize if I mess up. I'm 39F living in suburban NY, not far from NYC. I recently moved into a townhouse I purchased but prior to that I was living in a rented apartment in a house for 9 years. I was on the 2nd floor, there were 3 individual apartments, on one each floor, one main entrance door to the building and individual doors to each apartment. An older single woman lived above me for the past 6 years or so. We were on good terms the whole time. I have walked her dog for her from time to time and been in her apartment at her invitation.
Out of nowhere and prompted by nothing except her imagination, she has sent me nasty texts accusing me of stealing an heirloom crystal from her apartment and broken chairs from the (shared) basement. I have taken none of these things nor would I ever want to. She doesn't have any proof but she's convinced I took all of this stuff. She's threatening legal action. Is there any chance this can actually affect me legally?
