Need Advice Regarding Payments Due And Contract Being Breached

Location: Illinois. For context I was dating this girl that needed a 2k computer but didn't have the money outright. Being stupid and in love I used my name and credit to buy this computer using a "pay over time system" and let her have it if she made the payments, which she agreed to. Before we broke up she had made about half the payments required to pay off this computer so I trusted her to make the rest with no issue. We broke up and I moved, She resides in Illinois and I now live in Texas. The first due payment since moving she stated that because I "owe" her for a tv and a t-shirt, she wouldn't pay me for that week. I tried not to argue and said "if you cant afford it I'll add it onto what you owe me". Which received no response. Fast forward a week and the second payment is due. I have not received a response in almost 24 hours.
The contract regards the future computer payments and stating that she will pay them in full and on time, with a second part stating after the computer is paid off she will start paying me some money she owes for bills that came out of my pocket and put me in debt. The contract also includes dates in which she will pay, how much, etc. With both her signature/date and mine.
I need advice on how to go about this situation. I'm lost and don't want to get screwed out of 3k. Please help
