Need Advice Immediately

Location: Georgia, USA

Background: I am in prison. I have done almost 3 years and I have 1 to go.

My ex wife and I divorced about 6 months before I was incarcerated.

I agreed to get having full physical custody and we both have joint legal custody.

I'm supposed to get my kids every other weekend and certain holidays throughout the year.

Once I went to prison she changed her phone numbers, deleted all her of social media accounts, blocked everyone in my family, and made it so I couldn't find her or my kids.

She ended up getting engaged and pregnant by a convicted child molester and had a miscarriage. Idk if they are still together.

I finally found one of my daughters on TikTok and messaged her immediately. She was so happy and we texted each other throughout the day everyday for a few weeks. I told her not to get caught because her momma would take the phone away.

She got caught. Ex messaged me and then sent me video messages saying she wasn't mad me and daughter were talking. Got me to call her and talk.

I call, we talk, everything seems fine. Informed that daughter will be grounded from phone but, I can text ex to get a message and reply to my kids.

Text. No reply. Goes on for a few weeks.

Today I got served the papers. Ex wants me to have all of my rights terminated by judge. I had to answer by 30 days.

Info: 38M, 4 kids (15, 12, 10, 5), my charge is 1st degree burglary (nothing to do with my kids or her)

What do I do??? My kids are the only thing that's kept me going since I was arrested and I'll lose my shit if I lose them.
