My Roommates Airbnb Guest Keeps Leaving His Poop Smeared All Over My Bathroom

hi! i (21f) live with a roommate and she recently started renting her sons room out as an airbnb. the guy she has staying here is an older man probably late 50s early 60s and he’s now sharing a bathroom with me. roommate has her own. he’s been here abt a week and the first day he was here i came home to see his poop had been smeared all over the toilet seat, and 2 carpets we have in there. (i have video proof! lmk if i need to provide) i asked roommate to talk to him abt it and i’m not certain that she did because it was still there the next morning. so i took it upon myself to confront the guy (i wasn’t nice abt it i’m not sure if i made a mistake there) he cleaned it and a few days went by with nothing. then it happened again smeared all over the toilet seat. i decided against telling my roommate and just told him to clean it. then today i went to shower and it had been smeared on my towels. i texted my roommate she basically said we’d talk abt it later. so i confronted him once again to get him to clean his own shit off my towels. the argument got a little heated and i kicked his door as he was trying to close it on me. but i did not touch or harm him in any way. i’m just wondering if there’s any legal action i can take against someone who’s been leaving his shit everywhere?
