My Father Has Been Using Me To Scam Social Security, How Do I Inform Them Without Anyone Thinking I Was An Accomplice?

When I was younger and living in California, I was diagnosed with a mental disorder and as part of this my father (single father) scheduled me appointments to qualify me for social security benefits. Before every meeting he would take me aside and very sternly tell me that I had to "act dumb" and that they would ask me questions on if I could bathe myself, if I needed help at school, and that I would need to lie and say no to a lot of them. He practically coached me on pretending to be more severely disabled. And it worked, we've received checks ever since I was a child and now that I'm 21 social security is trying to go through me. They called my own number and tried to set up a meeting. Rather panicked I told them I'd have to call another time and my father is once again telling me that I need to be "severely dumbed down" in order to make it through alright.

Here's the issue though: I want nothing to do with my father. I hate him down to his very core and have plans to move out next week, as the following week I'll be receiving a substantial promotion in my work that will allow me to live financially independant. My moving out and promotion seem like the kind of things social security would pick up on, and perhaps clue them in on the fraud my father has been comitting, so I feel an urge to tell them now that I'll be away from the abusive reaction of my father.

To clarify: I have wanted nothing to do with this fraud from its conception. Once I was old enough to understand what was happening with it, I knew that I didn't like it, but couldn't say anything. Now I fear that it may bite me, it may look like I am involved. How would I go about informing social security that my father has done this, whilst making sure I am not under threat of criminal charges myself?
