My Dad Doesn't Have A Will

He thinks that because I'm his only kid, he doesn't need one because everything he owns will all go to his next of kin: me. He refuses to see a lawyer to draft one up. He's 62 and single. I'm 39 and also single and starting to feel like I should probably get one made up, too.
I thought about seeing if ChatGPT could draft me up a simple will, or see if I could find some templates (I think that's what my mom did; my parents are divorced). I was hoping to be able to draft something simple up, have my dad sign his, I sign mine, then go to Notary and have it notarized (also don't know if I need him with me to notarize his, or if I can just take it and have it notarized after he's signed it. I'm kinda new to all this.
I just intend to leave everything to my sister (Mom and Step Dad's daughter) when I die, unless by some miracle I find someone lol.
The reason I'm finally asking about this is that my dad got pneumonia over the weekend and then didn't answer his phone all day Saturday, so I started panicking thinking he passed (he was apparently sleeping all day). I need to get this done soon, I think, just in case
