My Abusive Guardian Filed A Home Equity Loan Under My Name When I Was 14

I (19F) found this out while trying to get approved for rent a center, and it popped up that there is a home equity loan under my name when I was 14. It also came up while signing up for an annual credit report, which will come in the mail by next week. I have already reported identity theft through the gov website and called the non emergency police number, and the sheriff drove by my house. I would like to sue and have her arrested for this, but I have no money to spend on fees or a lawyer. She has abandoned me at home with no car or license in the middle of nowhere, and while I have an idea of where she is/will be I am not 100% sure but I will try my best to verify once I am able. Once I get the credit report what should I do? I havent filed a police report since it seemed like the sheriff’s office/police department didnt really give a fuck but thats still what I will do if its in my best interests. I have some evidence of her being verbally/emotionally abusive through texts and writing but I’m not sure if the handwritten stuff is credible evidence, I also dropped out of school for a year when I was 14 which I’m sure will be able to be counted as neglect. From what I understand it is likely she will go to prison for at least a year if this works out, is it likely she could get more? I also have reason to believe that there may have been other individuals involved with this since I doubt she would’ve been able to commit fraud like that all by herself.
