Moving Animals Onto Property Without Consent

Card image cap

Location: Oregon

Long story short, got some property from my grandmother back in July, she wasn't paying property taxes and letting the property go to complete waste. I agreed to let her stay on the property until it's her time to go.

She ended up filing a restraining order on me back in the beginning of October, claiming elder abuse and claiming I took over her property without her knowing. Everything was done in front of a notary and all that.

I haven't even gotten the chance to speak yet because she has filed 2 continuances and ran up the time on the 3rd court date. However managed to get the "harassment" part of the restraining order dropped since it falls under freedom of speech

Just found out today that she is allowing people to move horses onto the property, when they have there own property.

Obviously without me even knowing about it.

Is that something she can really do? Obviously I have to let this whole restraining order take its course before I can do anything
