Mother Of My Child Is Taking Inappropriate Pictures With My Baby. After Two Years Of Court, Lies, And Abuse, I’m Broken, Angry, And Lost. I Need Help Or Direction

In November 2022, I left my child's mother after over a year of emotional, physical, and verbal abuse. She would regularly threaten to harm herself, act violently toward me, and once broke into my home after I left her. Despite all of this, I continued to support our child financially—but she still refused to let me see my daughter.

So I hired a lawyer and took her to court. I came prepared with witnesses and documentation. Meanwhile, she made extreme claims that I was violent, used drugs, and had weapons—none of which was true. I passed every court-ordered drug test, and background checks confirmed I have no criminal record and no firearms. Yet still, I didn’t see my child for seven months, and the court continued rescheduling my hearings, mostly because her attorneys kept quitting or being replaced.

Eventually, I was granted visitation. In April 2024, I went to her house to talk about resolving things outside of court. Over two days, we reconnected, even physically, and discussed ending the legal battle. Then she told me she was involved in adult content and planned to marry someone in that industry. I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right, so I saved our conversations and call logs.

Later that same day, I found disturbing material on her phone—including content involving our child that I believe should never have existed. I confronted her, and she gave a questionable excuse. Then she blocked me on everything and filed a report against me with extremely serious claims, which led to new court proceedings and another no-contact order.

I wasn’t even given time to get a lawyer before appearing in court again. Luckily, my lawyer from the custody case showed up and helped. Eventually, the case was transferred back to the family court judge. CPS visited my home after the new accusations—but after I shared everything I had, including the evidence, they closed the case.

Then it escalated again. She accused me of harming our child and sent my daughter to me with unexplained bruises. I reported and documented everything. CPS again investigated and again closed the case due to lack of evidence and because I had fully cooperated. It’s unclear who is responsible for the injuries, but I’ve done everything by the book and have pages of records to back it up.

Her second attorney eventually quit due to non-cooperation and non-payment. She was given more time to find new counsel. Then she told the court she was physically incapacitated, without medical proof, and got another delay. But the day of court, someone saw her walking unassisted into her house. She’s constantly dodging accountability, and even her own lawyers seem to know it.

Despite everything—ignoring court orders, making false reports, creating disturbing content—nothing has been done. Even my daughter’s court-appointed attorney warned the judge about inappropriate photos, yet all the judge did was express frustration without clear action. I’ve done everything I can think of, including maintaining a 60+ page Google doc full of evidence, and yet she walks free and continues the pattern.

I’m tired. I’m mentally and emotionally drained. I haven’t been able to hold a job, and I’m constantly dealing with depression and anxiety over the situation. I’m scared for my daughter and frustrated that no one with authority is doing anything about what I’ve shown them.

This is just a portion of what’s happened. I’m posting because I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. If anyone has advice—legal, emotional, or otherwise—please let me know. I just want to protect my child and find some peace.
